If you believe that material you posted was removed or disabled by mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notification to our copyright agent. A valid counter-notification must include:

Upon receipt of a valid counter-notification, we may restore the removed material after forwarding the counter-notification to the original complainant, unless the complainant files an action seeking a court order to restrain the user from engaging in infringing activity.
Repeat Infringer Policy
In accordance with the DMCA and other applicable law, Seromadluk has adopted a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances and at our sole discretion, the accounts of users who are deemed to be repeat infringers. We may also, at our sole discretion, limit access to the platform or terminate the accounts of any users who infringe any intellectual property rights of others, whether or not there is any repeat infringement.
Modifications to Infringing Material
When we remove or disable access to material in response to a notice of claimed infringement, we will make a good faith attempt to notify the user who posted the material. We reserve the right to remove or disable access to any material at our sole discretion, with or without notice, if we have reason to believe it infringes the intellectual property rights of others.
