All participants are expected to engage respectfully and constructively. Disruptive behaviour, harassment, or any conduct that negatively affects the experience of other participants may result in removal from a seminar or suspension of your account without refund.

Seminar sessions may be recorded. You may not record, reproduce, or redistribute any session content without our explicit written authorization. Access to session recordings or supplemental materials is subject to the terms applicable to the specific course or seminar.

Where applicable, fees for seminars or services are presented prior to purchase. All fees are stated in the currency displayed at checkout. You agree to pay all applicable fees in full. Payment processing is handled by third-party providers, and by completing a purchase, you also agree to the terms of the relevant payment processor.

Refund eligibility, conditions, and timelines are governed by the refund policy applicable to the specific seminar or service purchased, which will be communicated at or before the point of sale. We reserve the right to modify pricing at any time, with changes taking effect for future purchases only.

The Platform may contain links to third-party websites or services. These links are provided for convenience only. We do not endorse, control, or assume responsibility for the content, privacy practices, or terms of any third-party sites. You access third-party resources entirely at your own risk.

The Platform and all content are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.
